Are you still in a drought? I thought you had some relief? I guess not. It must seem very weird to have all that water around you and be so dry!

Will you get the rain over the winter?

There has, thankfully, been quite a bit of rain across a lot of Australia over the weekend. All the internet news sites have reports about it!

Sadly not much of it reached Tasmania. We have had 2.6mm of rain in the last month. Last year we had 76mm of rain at the same time.

Tassie usually gets winter rain (the north of Australia has summer rain), so we're all hoping and praying that we really DO get some! Then I'll be bawling my eyes out. Right now I'm just pleading for water to fall from the sky.
