Seen recently in the latest Homecare catalogue...
I think it's safe to say I have never wished for something like this. I would rather be soaked through with rain than caught dead using it. I choose to free my hands by wearing a raincoat with a hood rather than a strange contraption that could potentially cause nerve damage.
Thankyou Home Care, but no thankyou. (Though I must admit your apple corer works very well)

This is pretty funny Cecily! I'd like to see if it comes our way and who uses it.
People are always trying to invent little gadgets that will change our lives. This doesn't seem to be one of those million dollar surprises.
I think if someone wore one of those here in rainy Oregon they would get laughed off the street! We are a land of carefree rain walkers who only put our hats on or hoods up if it's a hurricane-like downpour.
Oh, Cec, Tom wants to know if it snows in your town? Or nearby in the hills?
If ya got a big gust of wind you'd be in trouble:)
As if wearing it wouldn't look funny enough, with my luck it would slide all cattywampus and then I'd be walking all hunched and crooked trying to balance it while still trying to keep dry!
